Đờn Ca Tài Tử is a traditional music style from Southern Vietnam that began in the late 19th century. It combines royal court music from Huế with Southern folk music. The name "tài tử" refers to people who love music and perform because of their passion, not for money.

Traditional instruments such as the đàn kìm, đàn cò, and đàn tranh are played together with soft singing to create calm and emotional music. Đờn Ca Tài Tử is an important part of Vietnamese culture and inspired later art forms such as Cải Lương. In 2013, UNESCO recognized Đờn Ca Tài Tử of Southern Vietnam as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, showing its cultural value and importance to future generations.
