In the sunny and windy Central Highlands, Biển Hồ is like a beautiful blue eye of the mountains. T’Nưng Lake is located northwest of Pleiku City. It was created from three ancient volcanic craters and is more than 800 meters above sea level. People once called it the “bottomless lake” because no rivers flow into it, but its clear water has never dried up. In 1988, Biển Hồ became a national scenic site because of its unique natural beauty. Today, it is a famous destination for visitors to Gia Lai.
